Refund and Replacement Policy


  1. General Policy

At SR Tools Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and replacement policy to prevent misuse and ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following refund terms.


  1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or replacement may only be approved under the following conditions:

  1. The product or license key does not function as described or fails to activate, provided that you have followed all instructions and met all stated requirements at the time of purchase.
  2. The issue is reported to us within [24–48 hours] of purchase.
  3. You have not shared, disclosed, or misused the software key or product files.

If the problem is genuine and verified by our team, we may issue:
A replacement product or key, or
A refund to your original payment method (at our discretion).

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

The buyer purchased the wrong product or later changed their mind.
The software is working correctly but the buyer no longer wants or needs it.
The buyer failed to follow installation, activation, or usage instructions correctly.
The issue arises from user-side problems, such as device incompatibility, lack of internet access, or security software interference.
The software account or license was banned, limited, or suspended by a third-party platform.

  1. Proof and Verification

To process a refund or replacement request, customers must:

Provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice, payment screenshot, or transaction ID).

Share relevant error messages or screenshots showing the issue.

Cooperate with our support team during the verification process.

Failure to provide proof or cooperate may result in the denial of a refund request.

  1. Timeframe for Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source. In some cases, refund timelines may depend on the customer’s payment provider or bank policies.

  1. Replacement Option

In many cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

A replacement license key, or

Equivalent software of equal value,
as long as it resolves the issue for the buyer
